Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

If you're not a morning person and still need some nutrients to start your day off right, try this delicious smoothie. Plus, a smoothie like this is also a great way to get in all the vitamins you need, especially when you're on the go.

Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1-2 tablespoons dried dragon fruit
  • Almond milk (depending on the desired consistency)


A recipe has never been so simple: simply soak dragon fruit in water for 15 minutes, place all ingredients in a blender and puree until the mixture takes on a viscous consistency. Pour into bowls, top as desired and enjoy!
