
Ingredients
- Rolled oats: 15 tbsp.
- Applesauce: 6 tbsp
- Dried fruit: 5 tbsp.
- Pumpkin seeds: 6 tbsp
- Ground walnuts: 4 tbsp.
- Chopped walnuts: 3 tbsp
- Buckwheat: 3 tbsp.
- Water: 10 tbsp.
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the dried fruit into small pieces (about the size of raisins) and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Add 10EL water and spread on a greased baking sheet about 1cm thick.
Step 3
Bake at 150°C convection until the bottom is lightly browned. Remove the baking tray from the oven and cut the bars into pieces of any size.
