
Ingredients
- chickpeas: 265 g
- ground almonds / nuts: 2 tablespoons
- Protein powder vanilla / Cookie Dough: 30 g
- pulp of vanilla bean: 0.5 piece
- Cinnamon: 1 tsp
- Cocoa nibs: 1 tbsp
- Vegetable drink: 250 ml
- salt: 1 pinch
- Sweetener of your choice
- Fresh / dried fruits
- Nut puree
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse chickpeas, drain well and place in a small pot.
Step 2
Add liquid, vanilla pulp, salt and milk. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add nuts and protein powder and blend the whole thing with a magic wand to a creamy paste. If the consistency is too firm, add more liquid if necessary.
Step 4
Fold in the cocoa nibs or chocolate. Add sweetener of your choice to taste and garnish as desired.
Step 5
You can also add nuts and/or fruit as toppings.
