Smoothies are still the hit. And why not enjoy a delicious smoothie instead of breakfast when you need it fast? This smoothie is great to prepare and just grab out of the fridge in the morning.
Ingredients (for 2 drinks):
- 2 bananas
- 100 g applesauce
- 500 g strawberries
- 50 g fine oat flakes
- 100 ml water
First, wash your strawberries and cut off the stalk.
You can also peel the bananas and cut them in half.
- Then add the fruit, the oatmeal, the applesauce and finally the water to your blender and mix everything thoroughly.
- The finished drink can sit in the fridge overnight for the next morning.
