A delicious beginner smoothie that is super creamy and filling.

Creamy strawberry banana smoothie

Smoothies are still the hit. And why not enjoy a delicious smoothie instead of breakfast when you need it fast? This smoothie is great to prepare and just grab out of the fridge in the morning.

Ingredients (for 2 drinks):

  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g applesauce
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 50 g fine oat flakes
  • 100 ml water


  1. First, wash your strawberries and cut off the stalk.

  2. You can also peel the bananas and cut them in half.

  3. Then add the fruit, the oatmeal, the applesauce and finally the water to your blender and mix everything thoroughly.

  4. The finished drink can sit in the fridge overnight for the next morning.
