
Ingredients
- Nut puree (of your choice): 25 g
- coconut flour: 20 g
- shredded coconut: 10 g
- Oat flour: 40 tbsp
- coconut blossom sugar: 1 tbsp.
- vegetable drink: 30 ml
- Strawberries: 200
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the strawberries into pieces and put them in an ovenproof dish.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients (except the strawberries) for the crumble and knead them until a "dough" is formed.
Step 3
Now crumble the dough over the strawberries and bake it for about 20min.
