Bliss Balls, no sugar, little effort and lots of bliss for you and your friends!

Bliss Balls

The name says it all: these delicious balls provide bliss! They are prepared in no time and taste like a dream. The sweet morsels you can make completely without sugar and by their high fiber content and the good nutritional values they are the ideal snack for in between, which is guaranteed to give you and your friends a lot of energy and joy!

Ingredients (for 12-15 pieces):

  • 80g cashews
  • 5 Medjool dates
  • 1 pinch each of cinnamon and/or vanilla
  • coconut flakes, rose petals, cocoa powder... (as desired)


First you crush the cashews in a blender. Then remove the seeds from the dates and add them. The whole thing is now mixed until a sticky mass is formed. With moistened hands you can now form 8 small balls from this mass, which you then roll in coconut flakes or other ingredients as desired. Finally, place your Bliss Balls in the refrigerator, where you should also store them. Have fun snacking!
