
Ingredients
- Linseed flour: 20 g
- Coconut flour: 20 g
- Almond flour: 20 g
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- Baking powder: 0.5 tsp
- Apple cider vinegar: 2 tbsp.
- water: 125 ml
Topping of choice:
- Tomato sauce (passata)
- Garlic
- basil
- vegan cheese
- vegetables of choice (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
First mix the dry ingredients of the dough
Step 2
Then add apple cider vinegar and water and mix all ingredients with a fork until a slightly sticky dough is formed.
Step 3
Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll them out.
Step 4
Pre-bake the dough in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
Step 5
In the meantime, prepare the topping. Mix the strained tomatoes with the chopped garlic and basil.
Step 6
Remove the pre-baked bases from the oven, spread with the tomato sauce and top with the vegan cheese. (Optionally top with other toppings of choice).
Step 7
Return the piccolinis to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes
