
Ingredients
- 4 large bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1,5tbsp. almond pure e (or other nut puree)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 50ml oat drink
- 1 vanilla pod or vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 150 g ground oat flakes
- 50 g ground almonds
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mash three of the bananas with a fork, put them in a bowl with all the liquid ingredients and mix.
Step 2
Mix all the dry ingredients, add to the bowl and mix well too.
Step 3
Grease loaf pan and pour batter into it. Cut the last banana in half and place on top of the batter.
Step 4
Bake banana bread for 30-35 minutes.
Step 5
Let cool and enjoy. Tastes great for breakfast, coffee break, dinner and in between. What is also delicious: spread almond paste on a piece of banana bread.
