Paleo nut granola, a real energy boost for a successful start to the day!

Paleo Nuss Granola

Is breakfast the most important and tastiest meal of the day for you too? Then you should try this delicious recipe! The paleo nut granola is super crunchy and tastes particularly good in combination with chilled (plant-based) milk, yogurt and fresh fruit. You can prepare the granola in advance and store it in a sealable storage jar for a few days. We hope you enjoy making it!



First, toast the almonds and hazelnuts on a baking tray in the oven at 160°C for about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the walnuts. You should then leave the nuts to cool. You can then chop the dates into small pieces and roughly chop the nuts in a blender. Now mix the dates and nuts with cocoa nibs, hemp seeds, chia seeds and gingerbread spice. Pour the nut granola into a jar and enjoy as you like.
