Ingredients
- Medjool dates: 18 pieces
- Salted peanuts: 150 g
- half peanuts: 6 pieces
- Chocolate drops without sugar: 50 g
- Coconut oil: 1 tsp
- Pulp of vanilla pod: 0.5 pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Blend the dates, peanuts and vanilla pulp in a high-speed blender until smooth. There should still be small pieces in it.
Step 2
Roll the mixture into balls with your hands, adding a little water if necessary.
Step 3
Form 6 balls and place in the fridge for about 1/2 hour.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a bain-marie and coat the balls with it. Press half a peanut into the chocolate.
