- Flour: 100 g
- Salt: 5 g
- olive oil: 55 ml
- boiling water: 250 ml
- linseed: 75 g
- sesame seeds: 25 g
- pumpkin seeds: 50 g
- Sunflower seeds: 25 g
- dried herbs: to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together and stir well. Then add all liquid ingredients and mix for 7-10 minutes with a dough scraper.
Step 2
Pour the dough onto a baking sheet and flatten it. Cut predetermined breaking points with a knife and place in a preheated oven at 150°C.
Step 3
Bake for about 30-40 minutes, briefly opening the oven door every now and then to let the evaporated air escape.
Step 4
After baking, let them cool on a rack and split them at the predetermined breaking points.
