- Peanut flour: 150 g
- Cornstarch: 50 g
- Bananas: 2 pieces
- Peanut butter: 50 g
- Coconut oil: 20 g
- Chia seeds: 2 tablespoons
- Almond slivers: 40 g
- Soy yogurt: 30 g
- Vegetable drink: 120 ml
- Baking powder: 1 tbsp.
- coconut blossom sugar: 35 g
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Mash the bananas with a fork, then add all the other ingredients and mix until everything is well blended.
Step 2
Now place baking paper in a baking pan and pour the dough into it. If you want, you can use a halved banana and chocolate chunks for topping.
Step 3
The whole thing is now baked for about 50 minutes. (This may vary depending on the oven. So it's best to check after a while if it's ready or needs more time).
