Ingredients for 10 to 12 balls
- 100 g dried apricots or peaches
- 3 dates
- 30 g oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon cashew pure e
Preparation
- The dried fruits must first be soaked for about two hours. To do this, simply place them in a bowl or large disposable jar and cover with plenty of water.
- After two hours, drain the liquid and process the soft fruits with all other ingredients in a blender to a sticky mass.
- Now form the mass into small balls (works best with moistened hands) and place in the freezer for one hour.
- Afterwards, the muesli balls can be stored in an airtight tin in the refrigerator.
