Wie bewahre ich die Edelmarzipanherzen von KoRo auf und wie lange sind sie haltbar?

Am besten bewahrst Du die Marzipanherzen an einem dunklen, kühlen und lichtgeschützten Ort auf. Die Mindesthaltbarkeit der Marzipanherzen in der Originalverpackung beträgt 12 Monate nach Produktionsdatum.

Darf ich die Marzipanherzen in der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit essen?

Leider nicht. Zur Herstellung von Marzipan ist oftmals ein wenig Alkohol wie zum Beispiel Rosenwasser nötig. Zwar enthalten unsere Edelmarzipan-Kartoffeln nur sehr geringe Mengen, in einer Schwangerschaft solltest Du trotzdem lieber drauf verzichten. Alternativ empfehlen wir Dir, ganz einfach Deine eigenen Marzipankartoffeln aus unserem Berliner Marzipanrohmasse mit Mandeln herzustellen. Dieser ist nämlich frei von Alkohol und somit bedenkenlos genießbar.

Sind die Marzipanherzen vegan?

Na klar! Unsere Marzipanherzen bestehen nur aus wenigen Zutaten und die sind alle vegan – somit sind die Marzipanherzen für die vegane Ernährungsweise geeignet (und von uns ans Herz gelegt!).
