1 Favorite soup or stew (e.g. pumpkin soup, bean stew or lentil soup)
1 handful Fresh wild herbs (e.g. wild garlic, goutweed, dandelion, sorrel)
1 Table spoon Olive oil
0 as necessary Salt
0 as necessary Pepper

    Cook a soup or stew according to your favorite recipe. Make sure it is hot just before serving.

    Collect a handful of fresh wild herbs. Wild garlic, goutweed, dandelion and sorrel are just a few examples. Wash the collected wild herbs and drain them well.

    Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the wild herbs briefly in the pan until they wilt slightly and become fragrant.

    Add the sautéed wild herbs to your hot soup or stew as an aromatic ingredient and stir them in carefully.
