It can happen that some oil settles on the almond paste - then simply stir the paste and enjoy it as usual.

How do I store the almond paste cinnamon vanilla?

Unopened, it is best to store the puree at room temperature. Once opened, put the puree directly into the refrigerator. Should oil settle on the surface, stir the puree vigorously and the oil will reconnect with the puree.
