
Ingredients:
- 50g grounded oats
- 25g oats
- 25g semolina
- 15g chocolate drops
- 10g peanuts
- erythrit
- 150ml water
- coconut oil
Preparation
Blend the chocolate drops with the peanuts in a mixer. In the next step you need to combine the grounded chocolate drops and peanuts with all the other ingredients. If the texture is too sticky you might add some more water. Pour with a tablespoon of dough into a pan greased with coconut oil and sauté briefly from both sides.
